Problems with touch wheel on iPod 3rd Generation

Hi,

I've just installed RockBox on my 3rd generation iPod.
It seems that Rockbox doesn't work well with the touch wheel - it hardly recognizes my touches and I need to "spin" my finger on the wheel a few times for it to move only one row.
is it a known problem?
any fix available?

Rockbox doesn't work very well on the 3rd Gen iPods at all - none of the core devs own one, and it's been a long time since anyone did any work on it. We don't even list the 3rd gen on the front page at www.rockbox.org as a supported build because it's so bad.

It's pretty unlikely anyone will look at fixing it up anytime soon.
