Support for S model?

I am a bit confused.  The rockbox website states that it does not support the S model of the gigabeat.  I have the MEG-F60S - is this the S model that is meant?  Or is it that the S series is not supported, i.e., S30, etc.  I just want to be completely sure before I try this.

if you have a gigabeat that looks like this....

then rockbox will work perfectly for you.

then rockbox won't work.





yours is an MEG-F60S where the F stands for F series which is the first picture I posted. Rockbox will work for you so you can install it if you want.

Well, I guess that answers that - mine is definitely an F series 60GB player, so I guess its time to try ROCKbox and leave .sat behind!

Just for your info the "S" in your model name is the colour - your model is silver.
