Hey guys,

I have a Toshiba F60 using the RockBox firmware, but when ever I play certain files i get a data abort error, I have updated the firmware with no avail. Any help would be appreciated

Make sure you have the most up to date bootloader as well.  Floow the link from the manual and replace your current one.  A little while back a change was made such that new builds required a new bootloader.
