New iPodpatcher
« on: June 06, 2007, 11:30:59 AM »
I don't know how long ago this was, but when I was first introduced to rockbox you had to manually go through the whole installation process in iPodpatcher. Now, I see, it does everything for you automatically.
Obviously, this is a great advantage over the old way.
But, what I especially liked about the manual one, was that I could extract the apple firmware from one iPod, and then install it on another one.
Could anybody tell me how I can accomplish this now?

Try ipodpatcher --help and you'll see a list of available commands.
