I seem to be stuck with a useless 4th gen 20 gig ipod
I tried to unzip the files in the wrong folder, and now i get an error message saying that
i need to reboot in disk mode
So i do then my computer gives another error message saying that i need to restore with iTunes
in order for microsoft to use the disk....
this isnt the first time i put rockbox on an ipod but this has never happened
as i said i think im stuck

The first thing you need to do is to reformat your ipod using windows then you either use an ipod updater or itunes 7 to restore your ipod then you can reinstall rockbox.  The search feature is your friend  >:(.
