My 80gb 5.5 ipod does not start rockbox? Fixed

I tried ipod patcher but each time i get an error.
Please help me out. Im am very frustrated.

Describe in detail exactly what you have done and what the result is of each step you have taken.

1st of all let me thank you for reading my post.
I unzip the .rockbox folder for 64mb to my desktop.
then i copy the .rockbox folder to my ipod root.(The folder where all the other folders like contacts, ipod control....)
Next I start ipodpatcher.exe
It detects my ipod and asks me to press i,u or c.
I press i and enter key. Then it shows this...(screenshot)
P.S. what firmware do you'll use for rockbox?

"I/O error" is a message from Windows telling ipodpatcher that it can't read from or write to your ipod's disk.  This is normally caused by a bad USB connection between your ipod and your computer.

Try connecting to a different USB port.  If you can, try a different USB cable.  If you have any hubs or USB extension cables, try connecting directly to your PC instead.

No hubs, etc.
I have tried this in two computers and many ports(usb) but i still get the same error.
2 different cables.

You were told what the error message means, and given some suggestions as to why it didn't work. You said you tested those.

The problem hasn't changed: For some reason Windows can't talk perfectly reliably to your iPod. If you've really used two different USB cables, two different computers with both cables on each, and multiple USB ports, then the most likely problem is that your iPod's dock connector isn't 100% reliable.

got this fixed I did not kill all the unwanted processes. like all the stupid itunes helper.......
