NO SOUND with gigabeat X30

hi, i have installed and set up rock box, it worls fine exept for the fact that i have no sound at all, its not a hardware issue as the buds work fine. i ahve re-installed it a few times, even tried older versions of RockBox but with no avial. is there any thing i can do? i already have music on it from when i used gigabeat room, but it wont play, do i need to take off the SAT. extenstion? also having a little trouble changing themes. any help would be greatly appreciated. as i can't use rock BOx to its ful capaity with no sound. :-[

SAT files are encrypted, so there's no way that Rockbox can play them. You can either re-copy all your tracks from you computer or go through some steps to remove the encryption.
