Thanks to all the developers!

Hey guys, great job thus far with Rockbox. I can actually say that I'm impressed with the audio playback on my Sansa e280. This is one area where it surpasses the original firmware. I must admit it's a real pleasure to listen to my music now.

I'm really excited to see what's in store for the future considering the Sansa port is still an alpha!  ;D

I think the same man, rockbox gets the job done,it still lacks of a good power handling but far away of that is now better for everyday use,man a good notice to know that I'm not alone here with a sansa E2xx  ;)

Here are some RightMark Audio Analyzer test results so you can see how Rockbox firmware stacks up in comparison to the Original firmware.

As an extremely happy Gigabeat user, I'd echo those sentiments - what an excellent job. Stable, feature packed and loads of nice well thought-out touches.

I wish I had more time, I would contribute by writing a plugin but alas the least we can do is to give credit where credit is due.

I'm glad there are other people who feel the same way because browsing the forums you get a sense that progress is slower than it really is. The reality is that core functionality is there and it's being improved upon nearly everyday.
