Ipod nano WinFF
« on: June 17, 2007, 11:18:01 PM »
Can anyone that has used WinFF to encode their videos for the ipod nano help me encode my videos?

I just downloaded WinFF and this is what i did:

1) I added my video to the list
2) I chose the Ipod 4:3 Standard
3) I began encoding my video

..And when i was done, i played the video and only the audio played

can someone clear this up for me? what did i do wrong,
and anything that you recommend to put in the additional options will be useful too

thank you

yeah i noticed i had to change the presets.xml
but everytime i click it in the wiki, it just goes to a page
with all of this text.
i know this is a noobish question but how can
i save the presets.xml in the wiki and replace it with
the one in the WinFF folder?

Right-click on the presets link and select "save file as" or "save link as" (depending on which browser you're using).

Can you play the video that you copied to your Nano, on your computer? (the video you get AFTER encoding)?

What framerate is it?
