How to install ipodlinux is off-topic for these forums - you should visit http://ipodlinux.org

After you've installed ipodlinux (assuming you do so using the latest version of their bootloader, loader2), installing Rockbox is just a matter of following the instructions in the Rockbox manual, but skipping the step to install the Rockbox bootloader (running ipodpatcher).

But that's the recommended order - install ipodlinux first, then install Rockbox.

it's really simple just downlaod http://rapidshare.com/files/30155297/iPodLinuxManager.zip
And run the ".bat" file
no need to format any drives.

Cheers,
Ben.
