80 gig ipod freezes at random.

It is also very important to know if this is a 5.5G issue or not, and if it only affects the 80GB models.

i have totally the same problem, my iPod 5gen 80gb freezes at random audio files

i tryed different releases, different builds from this forum from evilg, jul... nothing helps


please advice what to do

Just to add my own comments to this :

Hasn't happened to me at all.

I frequently have the keys not responding on a 5G 30GB while listening to music but it fixes itself after the backlight has switched off and on again. I don't know if it's related.

no its does't respond in any way
music is still playing but screen freezes

only thing i can do is reset :(
