Looking for new Firmware - Imported Chinese Players

I am in the process of importing MP3/MP4 players from China for sale in the U.S..  I importing them in large quantities. The players have cool functions like built in FM Radio, Video Playback, Games etc. in addition to the MP3/MP4 Functions.  HOWEVER, the firmware TOTALLY sucks. Navigation is terrible. The players are Flash Drive (2, 4 and 8GB), I'm able to drag and drop MP3 files, however not being a "name brand" product, I don't know how I can replace/upgrade the existing firmware.  (Software isn't really my strong point).  
I would appreciate any advice, recommendations or suggestions on how to replace the existing firmware.  Thanks!
