Database lists: interesting that many include track times
« on: May 30, 2007, 10:32:20 PM »
I guess I just missed it up until now (I don't use Database much), but when I accessed Database today to make sure that a new album had been added to the database through the "Update now" feature, I noted that in certain of the database lists, the file time length is added at the end of the file title name (I didn't do a scientific survey, but noted this under Artist and Album lists, but not Title lists).  The track number is added as well.

I don't know that I feel one way or the other about it, but just find it interesting that the time length is added.  At first, I thought that I inadvertently had allowed this information to be added to the file names or tags, when ripping my new music.
