Is there any modplugin out there?
(1/1)

Hi!
Just got my Rockbox working on my Ipod and really enjoying it.
But I find it kinda strange that there even is a SPC plugin but not any MOD plugin? So is there any plugins so I can play my old .mod .xm .s3m etc etc files?
ColdSphinx:
There is a Patcht for a MOD codec on the tracker. FS#5241 (EDIT: fixed)
It's currently working, but there is some work needed before it would be commited, but feel free to mace your custom build.
What player do you have?
urkas:
Ah thank you! Hope it works good enough for me because I really dont have the knownledge to do any work on it whatsoever.
But I have a 4gb Ipod Nano.
Edit: And now I just noticed that to apply this patch I must compile and stuff. And as I said, I really dont have any knowledge. Could anyone help me on the way or do I have to learn it by myself? :P
ColdSphinx:
I didn't see any custombuild for an iPod Nano, yet. But I didn't keep my eyes open for Nano stuff.
You should have a look at the wiki and the compiling Forum. It's not difficult to compile. There are good HOWTOs for beginners.
