hi to everybody i want information about update my ipod:

in original firmware mode itunes tell me there is  a new version of ipod software 1.2.1 now i want know if i update my ipod i lost all my data in my  ipod or i can update without any problem?? sorry for my bad english thank...

In my experience, using iTunes to update the iPod firmware doesn't mess with data on the hard drive. You will have to reload the rockbox bootloader afterwards though. Be careful with iTunes though....
