changing scrolling arrow

i can barely see the little arrow that points to what i need to click on.. can i make it a different color. make it bigger. or mabey when i scroll over change the font color... something. i use my ipod in my car a lot and can bearly see what im doin. help please

You can use an inverted line as pointer or change the pointer along the icons -- the pointer itself is a customizable icon too. See the CustomIcons wiki page for details.
