ON THEN OFF? (help over here)

ok, when i install rockbox on my ipod. it installs it onto my 30G ipod but when i go to turn my ipod off now and turn it back on it goes back to the orginal ipod formation. it never used to do this can anyone help me to keep rockbox on when i turn it off and on.

I assume the hold switch is turned to the off position. Did you install the bootloader and such correctly as instructed in the manual?
