Request change to default WPS's

I created a new build with the recent SVN and was testing my WPS's.  One of the WPS's I tested had a black image as the menu background.

I then by accident selected the icatcher theme while browsing. The menu's now had the black background with black text.

I was able to reset and then added  "background: "  to all the ".cfg" files for the default themes included with the SVN build so that the background gets reset.

Can the code that creates the default themes in the build be changed to include the background line to reset the background?

I can compile builds and apply patches, but am not confident about changing code beyond that.
