Audio freezes on nano
« on: May 22, 2007, 08:10:59 AM »
Hi,

I tried to hail someone via mailing list, but I don't know if I was being blocked, or if everyone ignored my messages, but I figured I'd post here.

With the most recent build, I play my OGG Vorbis files encoded at ~350kb/s and I can hear the first ~10sec of the track, the playback stops (presumably while the track buffers) and it resumes after about 5sec as if nothing happened.

Initially I wondered if I was encoding at too high a bitrate, but that can't be--it worked great a few weeks ago.

I have a logf dump; I can post it if need be.

Thanks for any help you can give.

was White iPod nano 2GB, will probably be Black iPod Video 30GB ;-)

Tried iPodLinux, didn't like it because it wiped out my songs, heard about RB from a friend and I love it!
