H340 forgetting themes and settings between power-ups

Hi all,

I have a H340 loaded with Rocky 070520

The problem I'm having is sometimes when I turn on the player, it will revert to the blank white screen for the main menu (forgotten theme) and all of my settings will have reverted back to their defaults.

This is very annoying, and I'm thinking there's errors with my hard drive?

Any suggestions welcome!

Ok, on attempting to delete the .rockbox directory, I was informed by Windows that the config.cfg file had become corrupt. This leads me to believe that the hard drive is slowly dying, or has a bad sector... OR the file just plain became corrupt. fsck'd the drive, fixed the file allocation table and hopefully now I'll be rocking away like crazy!

Just my $0.05 for y'all... :)
