hi,

still working on the theme, deciding on a good font to use (preferably one that is already included in the font pack for rockbox) so when I decide that i'll probably re-release it and upload it on the wiki.  

I'll think about making a 320x240 version for ipods.  We'll see after I finish the version for the gigabeat, since that's my current system. :)  Any additional support for an ipod version would also help me decide. (hint hint wink wink)  

soap, I understand where you are getting at with what you are saying.  It's a close call, but I'm thinking that the images i'm using might fall under the fair use section of the copyright law, but then again i'm not a law major.  I'd prefer to use these images, but i'll see about using non-paramount copyright images if It turns out that this doesn't fall under fair use, since it'd be a shame for all this hard work to go to waste.  

Thanks Chronon for pointing out the revised time/date stuff for the scripting.  I guess the fact that I was using an out of date simulator didn't really help.  Guess it's time to update.
