slow vids
« on: May 20, 2007, 07:16:07 PM »
I know this has been asked a thousand times before, but I am still quite befuddled. The mpegs I put on my ipod run in slow motion at first, and then speed up about halfway through. This causes the sound to be far ahead of the video. I put frame skip to ON, but this just made the video look extremely chunky, and bad. Oh, and by the way I am using a Ipod Nano.

The same questions as always: What video/audio bitrate did you use, what build do you have, what bootloader do you have, how did you encode the vid?

Also, you're supposed to have skip frames enabled. Frames get skipped (it gets 'chunky') when it has to to make sure that the video stays at the same place as the audio.
