Doom
« on: May 20, 2007, 10:02:08 AM »
Where do you put the rockdoom.wad and doomf.wad
for doom?

i placed it in
Code: [Select]
*my nano*/.rockbox/rocks
but then when i try to boot Doom it says "Missing base WAD!"

I then placed the doom.rock, doomf.wad and rockdoom.wad all in one folder called "Doom" which i placed in
Code: [Select]
*my nano*/.rockbox/rocks
but still doesn't work.

???

Neither of those are what the instructions say to do.

doom.rock does not need to be moved. The zip that has doomf.wad and rockdoom.wad shows you exactly where those belong if you extract it with folders preserved.

If you read the manual, it also tells you exactly where they belong.
