HELP PLZ I NEED HELP WITH MY IPOD!

i just downloaded rockbox and after that there appears a crack in teh screen on the left side but it isnt cracked.... i think it ssome sort of bug but im not sure can anyone help me? i have a 30 gb video and i think its 5.5 gen plz help if u can

im sorry but no and i dont know what happened it just looks all glitchy its probably a virus but i took rockbox out yet the glitch/virus is still there and it takes the picture out

it takes a tiny chunk off teh left top most corner yet i turned it to disk mode and everything restarted it yet teh thing is still there and i need massive help i might be able to supply a picture tommorow but i need it fixed soon or else im gonna cry cuz my dad will complain  :'(
