VPOD
« on: May 17, 2007, 07:56:55 PM »
Has anyone used VPOD to load MP3's to their IPOD instead of ITUNES.

I think this will allow the dual boot trick to work really well.
You should be able to see your MP3's from the regular Apple firmware and from ROCKBOX.
We still have to use the native Apple Firmware to use a belkin FM transmitter (that plugs into the serial port).

Itunes will also let you use music in both the OF and rockbox.

Rockbox's database will let you use music put on your device however you want, so long as it isn't encrypted and is properly tagged.  Personally I prefer drag and drop then file tree, but if you want to use the OF just use whatever programme you want that'll build the iPod/itunes database.
