URGENT HELP PLEASEE

hey guys 1st post!!
ok now to my problem. when im at the now playing screen, my play/pause , fastforward/advance next song and rewind/previous song buttons all do not work. any help or advise??

im using a apple ipod 4th gen btw

2. follow them
3. disable party mode
