H10 20GB: Won't keep settings

About a week ago I started having the problem where RB settings are reset almost every time I start my H10 20GB. Sometimes I lose the theme as well, but usually that is kept, while all of the other settings are reset.

It's not only when the player is charged (I know some people have had that problem), I can turn it off and then back on again and the settings are gone. And then, every so often I can restart and it's fine.

I also lose the dynamic playlist occasionally as well (but it's also not consistent). I've tried reverting to earlier builds, but I can't seem to find one that will work properly. Has anyone come across this? Have I missed a new bootloader perhaps (I doubt that would cause these problems, but still...)?

I don't know anything specific to the H10 as I don't own one.
I'm guessing that your config.cfg might be corrupted as well as you playlist control file, try this:
get everything set properly, just as you like it then save settings to a file
(menu > manage settings > save .cfg file )
Then shut down, delete config.cfg from /.rockbox then rename your created config (presumably config01.cfg) to config.cfg and put it in /.rockbox (if it isn't already)

If this loads properly, then your original config.cfg file was corrupt (and so, your playlist control is probably too). So just delete .rockbox (except for the appropriate folders for theme data) and extract a fresh build. If your settings still don't load I can't think of what is wrong.

Thanks for the quick reply - I've replaced config.cfg and it seems to have done the trick - 3 restarts and no problems so far! I'll delete /.rockbox and install the latest build.
