iriver H10 Stalls during playback

Hi there

Relatively new to using Rockbox, and I have been very impressed with it, but whenever I play a track, the player starts jamming up and the track freezes then resumes playing every 20-30 seconds or so.  It is also incredibly frustrating trying to navigate the menus during playback as it takes forever since it keeps stalling.   It didn't do this when I first loaded Rockbox onto the player, but I think started doing this once I filled it up with music.  I have tried reloading all my music onto it and making a new database and it is still doing this.  I don't think that it is the lack of space, there is more than 500MB of space left.     ???

If anyone has any suggestions then I would greatly appreciate them, please I am getting very very frustrated with my mp3 player!

I reset all of the settings by using the hold switch while turning the mp3 player on,and it seems to be playing fine!   I guess I will have to wait for the next version of Rockbox before I start using skins.
