Ipod 30g problem.

So I put rock on my ipod and when i unplugged it the black apple came up and wouldnt leave. Then I got a message saying it couldnt load rock. I need to know why it cant load it or what i did wrong.

For anyone to help you, you need to give a little more information... What did you do? What kind of  iPod do you have?

It sounds like you didn't install properly. Could you go through the steps you took when installing?

Sounds very much to me like you didn't unzip rockbox.zip to your ipod.

Put the player into disk mode (see the first post in the apple install forum for details on how to do this) and then go back to section 2.2.2 of the manual.
