Missing wps file

Starry theme is missing the wps file.

...I'm not sure if this is where I'm supposed to post this.

That's strange, thank you for bringing this to my attention (I am the theme's author) I will try to have this fixed by tomorrow.

As a developer of something may I suggest that you use major and minor number changes?

ie: 1.0.0

The middle number is a major and the last number is a minor.

I thought the first number was for major changes, the second for minor and the third was another minor for things that get changed a lot. I wasn't thinking that my WPS's would get changed a lot, but you're right to point out that posibility.
