F20 won't stop rebooting

Does anyone here have a possible explanation for this problem?

Mad Cow:
If you have Gigabeat Room installed, look through it's folder for a backup of the firmware. It makes a backup of the FWIMG folder the first time you connect the Gigabeat. Just copy that folder to your Gigabeat and try it again.
