Ogg file, crashing Rockbox

I think it is related to the issue below, but i cannot add comments there - just nothing happens, no matter is i try to upload a file or i do not!

I have an album in Ogg, that makes RockBox freeze.
 So...
 
 1: is there tool, that would tell floor-0 files from floor-1 files ? I'd like to check if it is the same case or not.
 2: if techically those files cannot be decoded due to RAM shortage, that still does not means RockBox should freeze! it should tell an error and skip the file. While it might be hard to decode such a file, i think it would not be that jhard to detect them and avoid crash!
 3: The file (mine) freezes RockBox also in PAUSE state, that is i have two OGG albums in playlist, i play the 1st album and then pause the playing. Then i press F.FWD until i skip through the 1st album until the songs from the 2nd one - and then RockBox freezes on an attempt to load file tags - in other words RockBox do not try to load the file - only to load the tags - and immediately after tag is shown on the screen, RockBox (still paused) hangs dead! BTW, while beeing frozen, it drains battery very fast :-(
 
 
 PS: checked on stock firmware (Cowon X5) - stock FW does recognise its inability to play such a file and skips it to the next track. It does not freeze.
