DOOM setup help

Well I just got rockbox on my ipod nano and i want to play doom.
i follwed the manual and it says to put the wad files in /.rockbox/doom/
The problem is when i try and make the folder /.rockbox/ an error comes up saying I must type a filename.
This happens if I put the . in the name.
How do I fix this?

The folder /.rockbox/ already exists, simply enter it and create the doom folder inside it...

Well it did not come with mine. Doesen't matter because I worked it out anyway. Thanks

Rockbox will not work without the .rockbox folder.  If you were running rockbox, you have a .rockbox folder.  On *nix systems however, it may be hidden depending on your defaults.

I made a mistake when I installed it and instead of having the .rockbox folder I extracted everything to the root. It still worked but it got a bit buggy and then I could not even modify it so I reinstalled it properly. It now works great.
