i have downloaded it, but still no pacbox rom!..

removed link
after extracting it into my player (.rockbox/pacbox) i tried opening the pacbox pluggin and it says... NO ROM in /.rockbox/pacman/... please help!.

You don't think that IS the issue?
You put the file in .rockbox/pacbox and the packbox plugin says it can't find any roms in .rockbox/pacman

make sure that before each of the rom names it doesn't say pacman before it.

example pacman5e should just be 5e

This is plainly wrong. The manual lists the filenames including the md5sums for the files. You should rather make sure you have a legal copy of the files, then follow the manual.
