Hey, i finnaly got the source code built and put patches on and everything, but it doesn't have fonts,  can you put fonts on?

Fonts rarely change, so you just download that zip from the extras page.

the fonts are in svn, you can just grab them ... how should anyone "put" the fonts somewhere else "on"?

If you would like to build a full zip with the fonts included as well, you'd use this command line instead:

   $ make fullzip

But as been said it's easier to just grab the provided fonts zip unless you want to create a font yourself and try it out.

In case you build a simulator yourself and install the rockbox build properly there (with "make install"), you will also get the fonts in the ".rockbox/fonts" folder. The actual .fnt files in it are useable on target as well and so you could just copy them over to your device (third possibility).
