why rockbox has no lock system?

I'm thinking about add security code access to sansa,security code to keep unwanted people to don't use our dap,as I have a sister she bothers me to use mi mp3 player.

You could write a plugin and use it with the "autostart.rock" function that only exits when the right password is typed in.

Why no lock system? Because it wouldn't provide any kind of good lock, and most devs consider it as useless -- if you carry your music around you should be able keeping hands on it.

But feel free to create a plugin for that purpose yourself.
