Iriver H140 Theme resets on startup

I'm having problems with my Iriver H140 and Rockbox. I've had Rockbox on it for ages and ages and update the version about once a month or so.

Recently I've been having issues that when I turn it on it's returned to the default theme and has repeat all selected.

It doesn't do this every time, but about 80% of the time. I have a copy of personalised themes I use, one for general use and one for the car and it's getting annoying having to reset things every time I get the Iriver out of my bag and turn it on.

I've been updating a bit more regularly hoping this will be fixed and my current version is13205-070419

Is this a problem anyone else is experiencing? I'm hoping there is a fix in the offing.

Does the theme itself work correctly? If not you might experience problems because of stricter wps parsing. Apart from that, the files of a theme need to be below the /.rockbox folder (but I assume you are already aware of that) to get remembered upon reboot.

The themes' wps work fine, I've been using the same ones for over a year and have just got this problem.

Both themes are in the .rockbox/themes/ folder
