Choppy scrolling when browsing database/files while playing music

Hello, I recently updated to the new build and I noticed that while playing music if I scroll the database or files it's extremely choppy. I read through the manual and tried to tweak some disk settings but I think I only made it worse. Please suggest what settings can prevent this. Thanks.

Yes it's for the H10, the sound is fine, just the scrolling is bad, thanks for the link.
