help with videos and getting back to regular apple ipod mode

ok... i just got this rockbox( i have a ipod nano 2GB) and its not letting me listen to my music, or go into the origanal apple ipod mode
all it does right when i turn it on is go to rockbox and it doesnt give me any other opions.
oh i also need to know how to put videos on here

1.  Please rename your thread with a descriptive title as required by our posting guidelines.

2.  Have you read the manual?
