codec failure

I´ve just installed the lastest version of Rockbox onto my Iriver h10 20gb.

Now, when i try and play music it comes up with a error message saying "codec failure"

I'm currently travelling through south america mostly by bus and need my music to get me through otherwise i think i might have to go home...

Can someone help me please i have tried everything but its not working...

Download a new bootloader and place it in the System directory.  Also, if there is a rockbox.h10 file in the root of your device, delete it.  If this doesn't solve your problem, try re-downloading rockbox.

I downloaded a new bootloader and then reinstalled rockbox.  Its very different than how i had it before - but at least i have music.
