Video Encoding Problem

Hi, guys. I'm trying to encoding a Real File whch is MPEG4 into MPEG2 with Winff, but it seems doesn't work. Could you guys recommend one? Sorry for the trouble. Thanks

Try mencoder (I don't know if it encodes your file, but it's worth a try).
Also, you can try playing your file with VLC. If it plays fine you'll be able to encode your file with VLC.
