Did you use a low enough bitrate for the video? And are frameskip and limit frames enabled?

i do not know much about technical parts of video converting but the only thing i did is to replace the presets with the one on www.rockbox.org and just pressed convert button (WinFF).what should i input the numbers under the convert button?(i also choose ipod nano 4:3 as presets)
