before I even attempt to install this on to my faithful iPod U2 edition, I need to know if this firmware is uninstallable .. because I really don't want to mess up something that it already working fine...

If this topic was already posted elsewhere I apologize, please point me in the right direction

Using PMs to annoy devs about bugs/patches is not a good way to have the issue looked at.

I tried it for about an hour .. it installed fine but it doesn't seem to have support for my wired remote & that's something that I can't do without .. is there a plugin for that, if so please point me to it .. also it can't recognize a bunch of my tunes because they show up untagged & I know that they are .. but it's not that important since I uninstalled your product for now .. overall it's a very nice program, I really dig all of the extra stuff.

You can use both rockbox and the original apple firmware.
