Wont Switch

Im not sure exactly where to put this message but , everything was working fine and i could switch bettwen the regular ipod into rockbox, then i switched into regular and i cant switch back, when ever i reset it keeps it at the same firmware

i have a 5g video ipod, if that helps

The only way to leave the Apple firmware (as it doesn't provide a full shutdown option) is to hold MENU+SELECT for a few seconds.
