4thgen iPod problem...

I'm running the current bootloader and a couple of days old build and everything seems alright except for this one problem that I'm bringing up....

Sometimes when I'm playing a song the music just flat out stops -- but rockbox hasn't frozen, far from it, it works just fine...THEN if I press pause and then play the music comes back further in the song from the amount of time that i've had it stopped as if it's contiuned playing but not through the headphones -- but when it comes back it's only in one ear, the left I believe.

If I reset rockbox and it comes back it works alright again...untill this happens.

The only hunch that I have is if the WPS has to scroll the album and the scroll the song at the same time...but that's just a hunch I have no way to be sure if that's right or not.....

has anyone experienced anything similar?

It's not a problem with the scrolling tags....but theres still this problem.....

is there an answer? or am I all alone...

Just a thought, I had a similar problem when i first installed Rockbox, I had activated the equalizer and that was making the music stop and skip.
