WPS not working anymore!?

It really bugged me, that the Blackglass theme didn't work with the current build until now. What i really like about this theme is that you can use any picture you want as backdrop and background easily.
So I remixed the Blackglass Theme for the Gigabeat F. The old one didn't use any viewports and the main problem why it didn't work is because the progress bar was dimensioned wrong i guess. I have rewritten all the code basically, realigned some stuff and now the theme works with any current build. I want to publish it on the wiki but first post it here, because a) i don't know how to upload to the wiki and b) i don't know if i got all the legal and formal issues right. so please check out what i made and tell me if i shall publish it on the wpsgallery. Thank you for your previous porting efforts Aidan!

PS I implemented the theme as the old one, so you can just load your own images with photoshop and you got your own backdrop or wps background. Cheers!

In order to distribute it, you need permission from the copyright holder.

Everything i use is under the Creative Commons License, which is stated in the files, according to the standard mentioned on the Wiki. I also put the names of the people who created content i used in the same manner. So does my theme comply?

Cool, should be fine - what we want is a nice clear statement from the creators of all aspects that you can use their work, which CC should do.  I think CC usually specifies what acknowledgement you have to give, but otherwise, go for it.
