Alpine CD player

Hello,

I just bought an Alpine CDE-9873  and it has a cable to interface with the ipod. I was reading and found something on "Alpine CD changer emulator" but I was thinking this is not what I was looking for. I'm looking for a plugin (or maybe something else) that will allow me to use Rockbox with this alpine deck instead of having to go back to the original firmware.

Sorry fella. No joy for the time being. Rockbox does not yet have the ability to communicate through the dockport interface. At best, you may be able to get an audio signal through it, but will not be able to control the iPod.
