change back to original firmware?

hi i just got rockbox for my ipod video today and had fun with the features but i want to watch my videos again. i played around with rockbox and somehow got back to the original apple firmware randomly a couple of times. but now i cant do it anymore. does any1 no a way to change between these 2 or do i have to uninstall the rockbox?

Turn your ipod on and flip the hold switch as soon as you see the apple logo.
