MPEG player is not rebuffering

(1/2) > >>

kenjit:
I can play only 4 min of 27 min video.
The video has about 90mb. Dont know if rebuffering was removed or something like that... Im here only to report.
Im using Gigabeat F10.

Im using the latest build, from 2007-04-22 18:18. And the latest bootloader 21 april.

Soaa-:
Are you sure you have the right build?  Firefox once played tricks on me by opening a much older revision.  Make sure your version is truly the latest revision.

Gigabeat_Luv3R:
i had the same problem as you. My video's would only play around 5 min and then stop and i had the newest bootloader and newest build. I tried doing a scan disk and doing a defragmentation's and it got better but i was only able to watch 30 min which is better then 5. I too have a gigabeat and cant seem to find the problem but odds you may have to try a scandisk (also make sure and double check everything is new)

**EDIT- i have just tried the mpeg player with the 21st april bootloader and the newest build and i get the same problem. i think our buffers are 29 mb and once it reaches that it just stops i think it does it for my music as well.

I have a similar problem on iriver H120. The synchronization between image and sound now works after the last code changes :) but the rebuffering does not. The player turns off (no, it does not freeze) after approximately 5 minutes of playback.

Hi,

could you try if this still happens when you disable the idle poweroff?
