I actually liked that other background that you posted for the theme. I'm more of a modern art more then BLAND art...not that it is. Let me just sort of fix what I said before. I like them both, but I'm not personally attached as fast to a theme with a backgruond that isn't active.

And I don't think that there are going to be any copyright issues, the theme was open source anyway.

Somebody asked me for the alternate background I showed some posts before in this thread.
Luckily I still have it, so here it goes :)
About the porting I think it may be quite difficult to do, because of the different resolution of gigabeat. Resizing would not look good, so maybe adaptation... But still would be a lot of work and it won't look the same; the bars would look too tiny for the gigabeat's screen, etc.
If anyone is interested in giving it a try, please feel free to port it...
